Cyberport is one of Europe’s largest consumer electronics retailers. Visitors to www.cyberport.de will find over 45,000 products, including notebooks, IT, smartphones, TVs and household appliances. The Cyberport customer advice team stands out thanks to its high product expertise and can be contacted in person in stores or via the hotline to the in-house call centre. The company sees itself as a digital outfitter. Cyberport positions itself as an omnichannel specialist for B2B and B2C customers. At its e-com hub in Munich, Cyberport develops technological and process expertise to become a customer-centric company.

Cyberport now has more than 4.8 million customers. In addition to its headquarters in Dresden and a total of 16 stores in Germany and Austria, the company also has its own logistics centre in Siebenlehn, Saxony.
