  • Completed Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with good or excellent grades
  • Interest in the media and technology sector and the digital transformation of companies
  • Internships or working student roles in various companies or foundation of a start-up
Selection process

Selection process

  • Places are advertised twice a year (June and December). Candidates are selected in October and March
  • Initial selection takes place once the application documents have been reviewed
  • Candidates are then invited to video interviews to be held at a later time
  • These are followed by further interviews
  • The remaining candidates are then invited to a 1.5-day assessment centre
  • Participants can arrange their start dates with their departments
