The Management Trainee Program has a gross annual salary of 52,500 euros and aims to help participants achieve subsequent employment in a management field.

The Management Trainee Program offers:

  • Maximum flexibility: Help to design a diverse trainee program that is tailored to your specific needs and can be adapted as required. You will spend your first trainee cycle in your mentor’s specialist field – all further cycles will be planned individually and each cycle lasts 2-3 months
  • Mentoring: A mentor from the senior management team will support you throughout the program and beyond
  • Fascinating foreign postings: You must complete one cycle at one of our businesses abroad (Vienna, London, Madrid, Bangkok)
  • High level of responsibility: Tackle challenging tasks independently: together, we will help you develop as a professional and an individual
  • Diversity: Gain wide-ranging insights into a modern media company and take on exciting projects that present constantly evolving challenges

  • Completed Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with good or excellent grades
  • Interest in the media and technology sector and the digital transformation of companies
  • Internships or working student roles in various companies or foundation of a start-up
  • Fluent written and spoken German
Selection process

Selection process

  • Places are advertised twice a year (June and December). Candidates are selected in September/October and March/April
  • Initial selection takes place once the application documents have been reviewed
  • Candidates are then invited to a time-shifted video application
  • An online test is then used to decide who makes it through to the next round
  • The remaining candidates will then be invited to a 4-hour virtual assessment centre
  • Participants can arrange their start dates with their departments
