The first part of the programme is usually spent in the mentor’s division; all other modules can be planned individually. The duration of one round is usually 2-4 months. One stay abroad is obligatory.
You can expect challenging tasks and projects in every part of your trainee. The aim is to systematically support your professional and personal development.
During the entire 18 months, you will be supported by a mentor from senior management. You regularly receive feedback as part of feedback discussions and benefit from comprehensive seminars and coaching, individual trainings, a large company-wide network and various events, such as fireside chats.
Requirements:
Completed Master’s degree
Interest in the media and technology industry and the digital transformation of companies
First professional experience (e.g. internships or student positions) in several companies or the foundation of a startup
Selection process:
The positions open up twice a year – in June and December. The selection takes place in September or March.
A first round of selection takes place after the application documents have been examined
The next step is a telephone interview with the candidates
Selected candidates are invited for an interview
After the interview, the most suitable applicants are invited to a 1.5-day assessment center
The date of entry can be agreed flexibly with the division
