Important information for applicants

  • An excellent grade from a Master’s degree program in business studies or economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant prior experience, e.g. internships in controlling, M&A, venture capital, finance, investment banking or auditing
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to advance digital transformation with financial expertise
  • An analytical and conceptual approach, combined with independent and structured working
  • Keen sense of responsibility for your own projects and good self-management skills
  • Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1)
Selection process
  • Applications open once a year from April to June
  • Once the application documents have been reviewed, the first round of candidates will be invited to a video interview to be held at a later time
  • This is followed by a (virtual) interview
  • An online test is then used to decide who makes it through to the next round
  • The remaining candidates are then invited to a one-day assessment centre
  • The program begins in Munich on 1 October
