We set great store by further training and knowledge transfer, which enable us to reach our full potential and harness our innovative powers.

This starts right at the onboarding process: To make you feel at home at Burda right from the start, there is the “Burda Welcome Day”. Here you will learn everything you need to know about the company and get to know other new colleagues straight away. Even beyond onboarding, Burda gives you the opportunity to network and exchange ideas - for example through various formats and events where knowledge is shared and community can be experienced. Whether at activities such as “Burda moves”, at internal events or at events such as the Burda DLD - your network will grow quickly and the diversity of the group of companies will always give you new impulses.

Your managers will assist you in your personal development, as will our strong Organisational and Personal Development team. They will provide you with an extensive, tried-and-tested range of further training and development opportunities. Individual requests will also be supported.

Burda Digital Degree

The establishment and further development of digital products and businesses is a core competence of Burda. That is why we have launched the Burda Digital Degree development program for committed colleagues. As a participant, you will receive the latest knowledge about opportunities and risks in online business over a period of nine months in five modules and develop new digital product ideas in interdisciplinary teams.
