To be creative, to design, to produce something with one's own hands - what today is summarised under the term "crafting" is a global consumer trend. Burda Create! bundles Burda's activities in this area. Burda Create! inspires women to a passion for handicrafts and makes them proud of their projects. The aim of the unit is to continue to grow and to win new customers.

The focus of the media and digital activities is Europe, where Burda Create! is expanding its market leadership across all media and platforms. Under Burda Create!’s umbrella, the publishing house Aenne Burda (Munich and Offenburg, Germany), the publishing house Editions DIPA (Strasbourg, France) as well as Burda Style Inc. (New York, USA) work closely together and continue to develop the business further: the publishing house Aenne Burda with the core brand Burda Style, whose products are available in 17 languages, the publishing house Editions DIPA, which publishes various crafting brands in twelve European markets, as well as Burda Style Inc. for digital sales in the American markets. What they all have in common is an increasing focus on direct-to-customer business and the expansion of international digital offerings.

In total, Burda Create! offers hundreds of consumer-oriented crafting services. This includes high-quality magazines as well as printed and digital patterns and digital platforms for their sale.

Burda Create! is led by Olaf Holzhäuser, who is at the same time managing director of the publishing house Aenne Burda.
