HolidayCheck Group AG is one of Europe’s leading digital companies for holidaymakers. Hubert Burda Media is the main shareholder of the Munich-based company. HolidayCheck Group AG encompasses the hotel review and holiday booking portal HolidayCheck, Dutch holiday review and booking portal Zoover, the vehicle rental portal MietwagenCheck and the Meteovista and Weeronline weather portals. The company has around 400 employees in five locations.

At the end of 2001, Focus Digital AG and Tomorrow Internet AG merged to form TOMORROW FOCUS AG. In 2016, the company was renamed HolidayCheck Group AG. Its board is made up of Dr Marc Al-Hames (CEO), Nate Glissmeyer (CPO) and Markus Scheuermann (CFO). Prior to this role, Dr Marc Al-Hames was Head of Corporate Development and a member of the Management Board of Tomorrow Focus AG (now HolidayCheck Group AG), and Project Manager at McKinsey & Company.
