Recognising this importance, Burda Media Polska is introducing five essential corporate values that form the foundation of their business activities and underpin the way the company operates day in and day out: diversity, innovation, communication, passion, and trust.
These new values will be instrumental in ensuring and creating a sustainable and responsible workplace for the Burda Media Polska employees as well as supporting the company’s position as a leader in the category of services it provides to its clients. They were developed by the internal ambassadors team ‘Be Burda’ and the BMP management.
BMP believes that diverse perspectives and experiences allow them to create better solutions for their clients and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive work environment.
BMP is constantly striving to improve their products and services and to find innovative, more efficient ways of doing things.

To roll out these values across BMP, workshops with BMP representatives from all different areas and departments are being held, where colleagues can exchange insights on how they see the different values in their organisation and discuss expectations. The goal is to fully understand what the individual values mean for BMP, to what extent they influence the company’s broader goals and how the colleagues can live these values in their daily work.
