The three shareholders of BCN have decided to further develop the management structure of the cross-media marketer and to install the core competencies of customer proximity and technology directly in the management team: Susanne Müller, previously Chief Commercial Officer, will assume responsibility for operational and strategic business development with advertising agencies and BCN's more than 3,000 active customer relationships as Managing Director Markets. As Managing Director Technology, Carsten Sander will drive the further development of BCN's own AdTech system, BCN Smart Stack, and the automated booking of ads into print inventories. As part of the cooperation with BurdaForward, Carsten Sander has been Chief Technology Officer of BCN since January 2025.
Tobias Conrad is spokesman for the BCN management and responsible for overall strategic management.
Since the beginning of 2024, BCN has been the joint marketing organisation of the media companies Burda, Funke and Mediengruppe Klambt. In its first year as a joint venture, BCN expanded its marketing portfolio to include the media of Olympia Verlag and the digital portfolio of Klambt and Delius Klasing. At the same time, digital publisher BurdaForward has decided to transfer its entire portfolio to BCN as a client. The new management structure will meet the growing demands of BCN's increasing responsibilities and technological market developments.
