Career adventure during three months abroad in Germany! The four international trainees that are part of the Burda MORE Programme go through seven rotations during the 18 months of their traineeship. One of the rotations, they all spent together in Germany. During the summer months, the four got to know Burda CEO Martin Weiss personally, attended exciting events such as the internal conference BurdaDLD, and were able to experience people, media and the everyday life at the Munich and Offenburg locations. Maja from London, Issima from Paris, Denisa from Prague, and Ben from Bangkok were able to gather fascinating experiences, get to know the German Burda locations, establish relationships and meet each other for the first time.
The international trainees experienced many highlights during their exciting three months in Germany. In the video, they reveal what was surprising for them when coming to Germany, what stuck in their minds the most and what is typically German for them.
