“RONZHEIMER.” has just been awarded the BAMBI 2025 in the “Culture” category. Paul Ronzheimer impressively demonstrates how podcasts as a cultural medium can inspire, inform and unite people.
The countdown is on: tomorrow, November 13, the Bavarian capital will once again be the centre of media attention. Hubert Burda Media will then present Germany's most important media award to impressive and inspiring individuals, offering their socially relevant messages the largest possible stage. A total of 14 golden deer are freshly polished and ready to be presented to national and international award winners. Prime Video will broadcast the BAMBI Awards ceremony live from Bavaria Studios at 8:15 p.m. Starting at 6:15 p.m., there will be exclusive insights and interviews with star guests from the red carpet in a live stream on the TikTok channels of @bambi_awards and @primevideode, hosted by Melissa Khalaj.
This year's BAMBI Awards will be hosted by Swiss presenter Michelle Hunziker and content creator Feli, alongside high-profile presenters. While Michelle Hunziker will conduct exclusive on-stage conversations, social host Feli will be keeping an eye on the internet and keeping guests up to date with the BAMBI buzz.
The 250-metre-long red carpet at Bavaria Studios will be graced by celebrity guests who make a social impact and inspire others with their work, including Pinar Atalay, Sebastian Fitzek, Hannah Herzsprung, Martina Hill, Hannes Jaenicke, Alexandra Maria Lara, Johannes Oerding and Tijen Onaran.
While around half of the BAMBI award winners are already known, several nominees in three categories still have a chance of winning a BAMBI Award: in the “National Actor” category (Albrecht Schuch, Justus von Dohnányi, Sam Riley), “National Actress” category (Leonie Benesch, Mala Emde, Luna Wedler) and in the “Culture” category, in which creative podcasts with social added value are nominated (“Checkpod – Der Podcast mit Checker Tobi”, “Kaulitz Hills – Senf aus Hollywood”, “Mord auf Ex”, and “RONZHEIMER.” ). The difficult task of selecting the winners falls to the distinguished BAMBI jury of industry experts and editors-in-chief.
In addition, other award winners can look forward to receiving their BAMBI awards – the audience can look forward to more surprises.
Fans can continue to vote for their favourite in the public “Music Act of the Year” category right up until the awards ceremony. The nominees are Kamrad, Oimara and Zartmann. Three musicians who couldn't be more different, but who are united by their artistic excellence, current relevance and significant influence on the music scene. Voting is open until 9:30 p.m. on the evening of the Awards ceremony via the Amazon Music app, by text message, telephone or online at www.bambi.de.
For the first time, the live broadcast of the BAMBI Awards ceremony will be available free of charge on Prime Video. All Amazon customers can stream BAMBI without a Prime membership.
