New CEO for New Work SE

Petra von Strombeck joined New Work SE’s Executive Board in January 2020 and became CEO that April. She has notified the Supervisory Board that she’ll step down at the close of the 23 June Annual General Meeting, handing the reins to her successor. This is at her own request and by mutual agreement with the company's Supervisory Board. Henning Rönneberg, who was appointed to the Executive Board as CFO and COO in March of this year, will succeed Strombeck as CEO at the end of the Annual General Meeting.
